Just a taxpayer question, who is maintaining all these green / plant areas? Village? Garden club? Parks/Rec? How many jobs will have to be added to support the maintenance of these areas?

Tyrek tower still an eyesore to this intersection and does NOT belong in downtown area... I liked the one comment about having banquet/dining area along the river - how about trashing the tyrek and utilizing this block for that? One or two story building tops. No matter how much you improve downtown area - this building will still stick out as not belonging.

Note: The waterfall is a buaetiful experience but it is not for the faint of heart in terms of the hike down to get to the waterfall. Note: If its rained the night before take extra precaution because the mud going downward to the waterfall is very slippery (huge pockets of muddy water) and you have nothing to hold on for balance but rocks and tree roots.

Buildings should be painted and reconditioned
