Regarding the express bus services to "out-of-county" locations: think the priority should be "in-county" services.

Express Bus Service: I am unconvinced that Washtenaw County taxpayer dollars should go to fund services and build transit stations outside of the county ($960k/year operating + $2.4mil cap is out-county, plus $200k for a transit hub in Whitmore Lake).
