My comment is regarding the parking in downtown Fort Collins. I feel that the "New Technology" of the Old Firehouse Alley parking facility is inconvenient. Firstly, one must guess how long they are going to be parked when they enter their info in the kiosk. Of course, they can get a text when their time is about to expire but this is troublesome when one is busy with something else. Secondly, (I haven't tried using the application) downloading the app is just just one more application on a person's phone. It seems that everyone want people to download their app. Too much!! Thirdly, if the "New Technology" is driving the increase in cost, it costs too much. The cost of parking in the two other parking garages is perfect. Although, yesterday when I was paying for my parking at the Old Town Parking Structure, I was surprised about how much it costs!! Maybe the price already has increased there.

A roundabout here would be very useful for bikes. Car traffic on Lemay is often so heavy that making a turn on a bike (either a left from eastbound Willox onto northbound Lemay, or a left from northbound Lemay onto westbound Willox) can be impossible.

Afternoon rush hour congestion at Lemay/Vine needs to be addressed, especially with new construction along Lemay it will only get worse. One improvement would be a protected bike lane north-south through the intersection. There is a squeeze point for bikes headed north just north of the intersection (bridge over the culvert) that is scary when traffic is heavy.

1. I would like to see a mid morning time for the express bus to Boulder. Also, a mid morning time for the express bus to run on Saturdays. 2. I would like to have parking availability at the South terminus during weekdays. Apparently, CSU students park there all day and use up a majority of the spots, so those of us wishing to take MAX are shut out of parking.

a bike lane, sidewalk, or path from here to northern neighborhoods would connect northern residents to the elementary school and bike lanes/paths farther south

Please consider providing service from Senior Housing such as DMA Plaza to locations such as the Senior Center. Without a car from Old Town it requires two buses and so I never go (even though I joined). IF I could get to the Senior Center easily from Remington and Olive I believe I'd be there one of two times a week. Without a car, I feel isolated from the Senior Center and here I live in Senior Housing. I've heard the Senior Center used to be in Old Town (I wish it still was).

Cars frequently drive in the bike lanes along Harmony to make right turns especially when there are long lines of traffic. This is a deterrent to bicyclists to use these lanes because they are unsafe and people often break the law by driving in them. Bike lane delineators or barriers should be installed along Harmony on both sides of the road.

This intersection at 287 and Terry Lake Road is extremely dangerous for bicyclists and pedestrians. This is a blind turn for cars, bikes, and peds as cars race down south on 287. There have been multiple bike collisions with cars for residents leaving PVMHP thus a protected bike lane and safer pedestrian crossing (light timing, sidewalks) are NEEDED.

The west Mulberry area has no good bike connections to Old Town, campus, or north to the Poudre River trail. At least real bike lanes on Mulberry would be great.

Centerplace would be an accessible point for many in West Greeley to access regional routes that go to Downtown Greeley, I-25 @ Hwy 34, Downtown Loveland, Fort Collins, Downtown Denver, DIA, etc.

We desperately need a Park and Ride (OVERNIGHT parking, please!) with routes to Denver and especially DIA . Green ride is ok (but expensive because it's a monopoly) but without overnight parking at HTC, it's worthless! Bustang is great (more trips per day, please, especially weekends), but again it would be better if there was overnight parking .

There is no paratransit connecting Loveland and Fort Collins - this creates a barrier for people with disabilities. I'd love to see someone be able to get on paratransit in one city and get off in the other city.

there is no connectivity from greeley to loveland paratransit or even the route system but there needs to be a bus route from greeley to loveland for alot of good reasons we should of have one by now. it would benefit the residents of greeley and evans and garden city colorado as well loveland and possible even ft.collins

There is currently no bus service on this side of town - I think a lot of people would use it if there were.

Residents, employees, and people receiving services (e.g., at the Family Center) on Hickory Street would greatly benefit from a left-turn light on the northbound light at the intersection of College Ave. and Hickory Street.

I hope that Transfort expands the Max to reach North Fort Collins. It would greatly reduce the commute time for residents that live, work, and/or receive services in this area of the city
