The west Mulberry area has no good bike connections to Old Town, campus, or north to the Poudre River trail. At least real bike lanes on Mulberry would be great.

This intersection at 287 and Terry Lake Road is extremely dangerous for bicyclists and pedestrians. This is a blind turn for cars, bikes, and peds as cars race down south on 287. There have been multiple bike collisions with cars for residents leaving PVMHP thus a protected bike lane and safer pedestrian crossing (light timing, sidewalks) are NEEDED.

Cars frequently drive in the bike lanes along Harmony to make right turns especially when there are long lines of traffic. This is a deterrent to bicyclists to use these lanes because they are unsafe and people often break the law by driving in them. Bike lane delineators or barriers should be installed along Harmony on both sides of the road.

a bike lane, sidewalk, or path from here to northern neighborhoods would connect northern residents to the elementary school and bike lanes/paths farther south

Afternoon rush hour congestion at Lemay/Vine needs to be addressed, especially with new construction along Lemay it will only get worse. One improvement would be a protected bike lane north-south through the intersection. There is a squeeze point for bikes headed north just north of the intersection (bridge over the culvert) that is scary when traffic is heavy.

A roundabout here would be very useful for bikes. Car traffic on Lemay is often so heavy that making a turn on a bike (either a left from eastbound Willox onto northbound Lemay, or a left from northbound Lemay onto westbound Willox) can be impossible.
