904 SW Alcantarra Blvd 1 month 3 weeks agoNeed either a traffic light or a 3 way stop at this intersection, heavy traffic on PSL Blvd makes it very difficult to pull out from Alcantara onto PSL Blvd, North and South bound. Also hard to turn onto Alcantara from PSL Blvd from North bound lane.

1 month 3 weeks agogo ahead cost $$$ do it right the first time widen to 6 instead of just 4.. FDOT stated estimated a need for this in 2045. But soon it will be 2021 and the Project is not to start for a few years now in phases toward Becker.. So by the time the project is done. The City Residents again are going to have to fund the add lanes to 6 costing the City even More $$$ then doing it right now.

1 month 3 weeks agoRE: bicycle facilities on Seaway Dr. between US-1 and St Lucie Aquarium. Badly needed bike lanes on this dangerous section of road. This area is in high demand for recreational and commuters using non-motorized transport. An important connection between downtown and the barrier island that should bot be a barrier to access for bikers and walkers. Many many people that work on the island but live on the mainland have no choice but take this dangerous route by bicycle. Thanks.

1 month 3 weeks agoRe: sidewalks on Oleander Ave. This project is desperately needed, many people living in this area rely on walking or bicycling for transportation and there is no shoulder and no where to go. Moreover, there are no less than 6 schoolbus stops on this road and very few safe places for kids and parents to walk to the stop or to congregate and wait for the bus. I travel this road frequently and I can't believe there hasn't been a serious accident yet. This must be a high-demand area for a "complete Street". Thanks.

Given the importance of the Airport Connector project, shouldn't the 2045 Plan update identify a Jenkins Road capacity project connecting from Orange Avenue to St. Lucie Boulevard as a high priority for roadway continuity and connectivity?

Even with Crosstown Pkwy, St Lucie West Blvd is overcrowded and needs widening sooner than later. Correcting the stop lights is not enough.
